Extensive “feels” management experience as an International Level Weightlifting Coach, with athletes competing at the international stage down to youth and everything in between. My mission is inspiring others to live a strong life without compromise.

I see results. I see the weight I’m lifting go up, and I see the weight on the scale go down. I’ve seen myself run faster than I’ve ever ran before. It’s also nice to workout and not have to think, “What am I going to do at the gym today?”. A structured plan is already in place. It makes skipping the gym harder to do, so I go to the gym much more frequently, which gives me more results, and so the cycle continues.
